The lamp has a built-in diffuser dispersing and softening the light. On the inner side of the ring there are two sockets (top and bottom) / holders in the standard hot shoe for mounting accessories such as ball head. Next to the power socket there are two knobs for adjusting brightness and color temperature. The lamp has a standard lighting tripod mount with a joint allowing to tilt the lamp forward/backward in the +/-90º range. The set includes an AC adapter. The flash works well as a source of light in portrait and beauty sessions, product photography, macro photography, or makeup.

There are two Sony F970/F750 battery slots on the back panel of the lamp, which allows you to use the lamp in the field or during sessions when you don't have access to AC power.
